How ordering works
- 01 Choose a product Pick the base product from the catalogue. The minimum lot and the unit price at that lot are shown on the product page. A few minutes
- 02 Choose a configuration Answer one question at a time, then set up your label. The price updates with every choice. 2–3 minutes
- 03 Place the order Enter your contact details, check the configuration and the amount on the confirmation screen, and submit.Nothing is final at this point and no charge is incurred. 5 minutes
- 04 We check the details We check the configuration and stock, then send you an approval. Setting a password from that email gives you access to your account, where you can follow progress. On our side
- 05 Design, payment, production and shipping We finalise the label design, confirm your payment, and then start production. We also email you when the order ships. On our side
Terms of trade

| Payment | Bank transfer only. We do not accept online payment. Production starts once we have confirmed your payment. |
| Lead time | We tell you individually once the configuration is settled. Progress appears in the order detail on your account page. |
| Cancellation and returns | Handled individually. Please get in touch from the contact form. |
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a quotation?
- No. The product page and the configuration screen show the amount for each lot as you go.
- Can I have a formulation made to my own recipe?
- This site handles selection-based orders only. Projects designed from the formulation up are handled at 3branch.jp.
- How much freedom is there in the label design?
- You choose a brand name, a typeface and a text colour, and you can upload a logo image. The print position and size are fixed per product.
- Where can I see progress after ordering?
- Setting a password from the approval email gives you access to the order detail on your account page, where progress is shown.
- Can I order the same thing again?
- Yes. “Order this again” in the order detail on your account page reopens the configuration exactly as it was.
