What we collect
The contact form and the order form ask you for the following.
- Company name, industry, contact name, email address, phone number and address
- Your message, and the configuration and requests in your order
- The brand name you set for the label and any logo image you upload
- If you register an account, the password used to sign in (stored in a form that cannot be reversed)
We also look at the IP address of the submission, temporarily, to prevent nuisance submissions.
What we use it for
- Replying to your message, and keeping a record of it
- Checking your order, contacting you, and arranging production and shipping
- Telling you what we received and how the order is progressing
We do not use it for anything else. We do not use it for sales contact or mailing lists.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases.
- With the partners we entrust production and delivery to, limited to what the work requires (delivery address, quantities and so on)
- With our business chat (Chatwork), so that what we received is shared internally
- Where disclosure is required by law
Keeping and deleting
We keep what you give us for as long as the record of the transaction requires. Information we no longer need to keep is deleted in line with our own rules.
